Return & Refund
1. Return Eligibility
At Kaylaa.co.uk, returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order only in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The item arrived damaged or defective
We are unable to accept returns for any other reasons.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@kaylaa.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
Use the subject line: “Return Request”
Please include the following details:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return (incorrect, damaged, or defective item)
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Our customer support team will review your request and provide further return instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to be completed after we receive the returned item.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
4. Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet our return conditions.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/defective product.
